Photography is one of my most important spiritual practices. It’s the practice of witnessing and honoring Beauty. And Beauty is everything. It’s God. It’s a door that opens just a crack and for just a moment, and the sliver of light that slips out in that moment floods your whole being with awe. The most interesting part is that no two people will see the crack in the door in quite the same way, or even at all. The Mystery is courting you uniquely, and what you see is your own personal relationship with it.
